The Chaquira Reserva de El Jaquar brand of tequilas honours the Huichol art, colours, and culture of Mexico. The Huicholes are indigenous peoples living in the mountainous areas of northern Jalisco and parts of Nayarit in North Central Mexico in the towns of San Andreas, Santa Catarina and San Sebastian. Huicholes as a name is derived from the word Wirráka meaning soothsayer or medicine. Huichol modern beadwork consists of masks and wood sculptures covered in small brightly coloured beads fastened with wax and resin. The Chaquira bottles reflect this art style with their vibrancy and patterns. The Extra Añejo bottle in particular is covered in an array of rainbow coloured beading around the jaguar head crafted by hand.

Indulge in the rich and complex flavours of Chaquira Extra Añejo Tequila, a premium spirit that has been aged in oak casks for up to a year to achieve the perfect balance of smoothness and depth. This tequila gives tropical and white pepper notes as well as floral and vanilla scents.
