Somehow Australia convinced Mike Collings (founder of Firkin Whisky Co.) to sell them an entire cask of their Firkin amazing Caol Ila whisky. They picked it because of how much they loved the first 2012 edition (a 7yo released in 2019), and we're so Firkin glad we did!

This Firkin whisky is a heavily peated single malt from Caol Ila distillery in Islay, Scotland, was finished in a custom cask made from American Oak and French Oak staves and seasoned with Marsala. It's botted at 48.9% ABV.

True to Firkin form, it really is 'downright drinkable'!
