Kirin Hyoketsu Strong Grapefruit is made with white and ruby grapefruit. The taste is refreshing and crisp. The secret of its deliciousness lies in "freezing at the freezing point'. Freezing squeezed fruit juice below the freezing point is a technology that locks in the freshness of the juice, which is what "Hyoketsu" has been focusing on for 20 years. The taste of freshly squeezed white and ruby grapefruit. Mainly using white and ruby grapefruit, the juice is frozen at sub-zero temperatures (-18°C) to lock in the freshness of the fruit and the astringency and bitterness of the squeezed juice are removed to achieve the refreshing taste that is typical of Hyoketsu.
