They are the only distillery in Scotland that still grows their own barley, uses traditional floor maltings and keeps both a Coppersmith and a team of Coopers on site, making The Balvenie the most hand-crafted of Single Malts.Balvenie’s 17 Year old Doublewood expression has come to epitomise the classic, easy-drinking style that triggers an element of nostalgia toward early drinking careers.
